A Laser Printer can be defined as a reliable machine that normally prints large volumes of high-quality documents with exceptional speeds. Mentioning below the working procedure of laser printer :

1. Image Processing :

The computer immediately sends the information to the laser printer’s internal memory as soon as we click on the print command on a certain document or image, and the data for printout is stored inside and prepared for processing.

2. Charging :

The next step of the laser printer is that a laser printer starts warming up and after that, the wire starts heating up, and then it transfers its positive static charge to the metal cylinder drum.

3. Exposing :

The drum starts rotating as soon as it receives a positive charge throughout its entire surface. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black are four drums of Laser Printers that are catering to each color. After that laser is activated and beamed to a chain of mirrors and the drum surface is reflected throughout.

4. Developing :

While Positively charged Drum rolls the carbon toner powder is released from the toner cartridge. The positively charged toner powder sticks to the laser-beamed areas and is negatively charged and it attracts opposite charges. Meanwhile,  Without any trace of toner positively charged areas on the drum are left.

5. Transferring :

It receives a positive charge when paper or media slides are across the printer via a transfer belt. While the paper moves through the drum, the negatively charged toner gets drawn to the paper’s surface and provides the print outline.

6. Fusing:

Heated rollers are known as fuser. The document or image is imprinted into the page and the unit melts the toner onto the paper and then ejected from the printer as the final printout.

7. Cleaning and Recharging :

Before the revolution is completed by the drum, it is exposed to an electrically neutral soft plastic blade and cleaned from residual toner. The excess toner is deposited into a waste afterward. And then the newly cleaned drum receives a fresh negative charge on its surface from a charge roller and prepares for another laser beam round.

The above-mentioned steps are the procedure of how a printer works. Express Digital System is one of the best dealers in Delhi who also provide the canon printer on rent at the finest rate.
